OUR STORY
Long before LNK Modern, we spent years dreaming about the kinds of homes we wished existed. Homes with timeless architecture, thoughtful design, and spaces that felt warm, welcoming, and truly lived in.
Tyler built a career on the railroad. Molly built hers as a physician assistant. But in between work, we were always talking about houses. Sketching floor plans. Touring neighborhoods. Saving inspiration. Dreaming about what we’d build one day.
Over the years, we lived in more than ten different houses. Every time we moved, we couldn’t wait to make it our own. We renovated, redesigned, and poured ourselves into each home, leaving it a little better than we found it. With every project, we learned more about what makes a house not just beautiful, but a place that truly feels like home.
We found pieces we loved in every house, but never everything we were looking for. It wasn’t until we built our own home that it all came together.
That’s when LNK Modern stopped being just a dream and became a reality.
Today, every home we build is shaped by everything we’ve learned along the way. We design with purpose, build with care, and obsess over the details because we know they’re what make a house feel like home.
This is more than what we do.

DESIGN LEAD
Molly leads design. She has an eye for proportion, symmetry, and the little details that quietly make a home feel timeless. The curve of an archway. The warmth of a paint color. The way every room flows into the next. Beautiful design should never feel untouchable. It should invite you in, hold up to real life, and feel even better years from now than it did on move-in day.

We're also just
two parents.
We have two little girls who’ve turned job sites into their favorite weekend adventure. They’re surprisingly opinionated about tile, love building insect houses out of leftover rocks, and think “landscaping” means getting as muddy as humanly possible.
Watching them reminds us what a home is really for. It’s where imaginations run wild, memories are made, and the little moments become the ones you remember forever.
That’s the kind of home we’ll always strive to build.
Tyler
BUILD LEAD
Tyler runs the build. He’s the first one to lend a hand, the last one to leave the job site, and the guy who can make just about anyone laugh. Years on the railroad reinforced the values he lives by today: work hard, be dependable, and treat people well. He believes the best homes are built on trust and strong relationships, so he makes himself accessible whenever a question comes up or a hand is needed.
